ShanghaiPRIDE Film Festival (ShPFF) will return on June 9-17, 2018. We are very excited to bring the community together once again around LGBTQ films as we celebrate 10 years of ShanghaiPRIDE — and 10 years of sharing our stories.

The festival’s cinematic component has come a long way, evolving from a single film night to a full-blown festival that supports emerging Chinese filmmakers while also bringing cutting-edge international queer cinema to Shanghai.MORE…

QT Share: Queer & Religion

Concepts of the inner Queer and religious institutions have flourished alongside each other for centuries. Are our Queer identities affected by religious and social elements? On the other hand, has the persistence of Queer society affected the religious traditions it’s surrounded by? Just as religion affects society and society affects religion, we are unable to talk about Queer identities and gender awareness without talking about religion. This week at Queer Talks Share, we open the conversation on the relationship between religion, social constructs, gender roles and identity. There will be a few special guests sharing their experiences on Queer and Religion. See you this Sunday, 29th of October, 5:30PM Happy Hour@Roxie!
