Judges of PRIDE’S GOT TALENT

Joe

Joe Aguilar
CEO
Huayi Wink Animation 

Previously serving as chief creative officer at Oriental DreamWorks, Joe Aguilar comes to Huayi Wink Animation as CEO. Aguilar was instrumental in setting up the animation studio in Shanghai and hiring the key personnel that helped to co-produce the feature Kung Fu Panda 3. He also supervised the Chinese version of that movie which included the casting of Chinese talent, the supervision of Chinese dialogue, and the introduction of Chinese elements into the movie.

Before leaving for China, Aguilar most recently served as the producer on the 2011 blockbuster movie Puss in Boots, which was honored with both Academy Award® and Golden Globe® nominations for Best Animated Feature Film. He also received a Producer’s Guild nomination for Puss in Boots.

Naomi

Naomi

Born in Tokyo, raised in London and now living in Shanghai for the past 6 years, Naomi has been a resident artist and performer since arriving here in many of the city’s finest musical establishments. These include the Long Bar at Waldorf Astoria, The Cotton Club and more recently Shake Club. She has much stage experience having performed at three of the JZ Festivals.
She has also produced, directed and starred in two musical tributes at The Pearl theatre herself, an Amy Winehouse Tribute show and a Prince Tribute. She recently an album with the Shake Club which launched last month and continues to enjoy gigging regularly.

Miss Jade

Miss Jade

Miss Jade is a prominent Chinese drag artist who has gone from strength to strength as a standup comedian, hostess and burlesque performer. She proudly mixes elements of her Asian heritage, overseas education background and an uncanny flair for glamour and fashion. Miss Jade is known for her sassy mouth and nasty sense of humour. A true drag Diva in Shanghai.
Miss Jade is the MC for various events hosted by ShanghaiPRIDE and performer for burlesque and cabaret shows. The coverage of her and her performances can be seen on different media publications, such as Modern Weekly, Timeout.com, Time Out Magazine etc.
